The cottage is designed to sleep a maximum of three persons. It may not be sub let and only those persons indicated on the completed booking form are permitted to sleep overnight at the property.

The property will be available on the first day of the let from 4pm. Visitors to vacate the property no later than 10am on the final day of the let.

The rental price covers all bed linen, electricity usage and towels.

The cottage is non-smoking throughout for the benefit of all our customers. We regret that we are unable to accommodate any pets in the cottage.

A £100 deposit/week is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable a minimum of 6 weeks before arrival.

Guests will be charged for repairs, replacements and/or extraordinary cleaning made necessary as a result of their stay. No charge will be made for normal wear and tear or the accidental breakage of a small item such as a glass or plate but we request that such breakages are brought to the attention of the owners or their housekeeper before the end of the let so that replacements can be obtained.

The owners or their representatives should be allowed reasonable access into the cottage as and when required.

The owners shall not be liable to the hirer, his family or his guests for any loss or damage to their possessions in the cottage or grounds, or for deprivation of occupancy through force majeure, acts of God and the like.

Should the booking be cancelled prior to arrival any payment made will be returned only if the cottage can be rebooked. In such circumstances we will of course make every endeavour to re-let the cottage but we recommend guests take out cancellation insurance.

We cannot guarantee to cater for any special requirements requested. Visitors should contact us to discuss such requirements.
